Deliverability checklist
- Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every sending domain (your provider's admin console has the records).
- Start new mailboxes at 10–15 emails/day and add about 5/week, up to 30–50/day per mailbox. Spread volume over several mailboxes and domains.
- Warm up new mailboxes for 2–4 weeks with a warm-up tool before running campaigns.
- Keep bounce rate under 3%. Verify lists before importing them.
- Gmail: enable 2-step verification and use an App Password. Microsoft 365: an admin must enable Authenticated SMTP for the mailbox.
